Machine pieced, machine quilted. Commercially printed cotton fabrics, various threads.

My depiction of Lady Godiva’s ride is totally from my imagination. I liked the idea of dramatic evening colors and the triumphant ending of her brave action to accept her husband's challenge and get the unfair taxes lowered.
