Machine pieced, machine quilted. Commercially printed cotton fabrics, various threads.
I was so saddened by the treatment of the abandoned animals in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina that in addition to sending money, I was drawn to produce this little quilt for a sale of art quilts to benefit the survivors.
Unfortunately it was rejected as being too large for their 9 x 12" limit.
