Machine Pieced, machine quilted. Commercially printed cotton fabrics, various threads.
One day I noticed three big haybales in a field and thought, if Monet were a quilter in KS, 2007 what might he do with those? Inspired by his haystack series, I have pieced the larger central section in curved seam piecing while the two smaller winter scenes are pieced using straight seams.
